Error when trying to make direct amp profile

Got the connections hooked up as the manual states...but when I start profiling, I get the error that no amp is connected or volume is too low. The volume on the amp is actually pretty loud. Any ideas? Using a Proformance DI box.

Nevermind...a reboot made it work. I wish we could delete threads if not needed!

You probably had the return volume set too low. Which a reset would have set to +32 dB again. Always check your return level otherwise you get that error. No need to reset the KPA

It was one of the first things I checked before I did the reboot. It was up there.
