I was thinking about this today and wondering how long it could take. Wow you guys are moving it along super quickly and it looks great!
Does this work on Mac? How are you connecting the Kemper to the program?

It should work on MAC:) (open panel with this program).
Mac vesrion - http://ctrlr.org/nightly/Ctrlr-5.3.85.dmg
You have to connect KPA via some MIDI interface(in and out).
Great work with the edithor guys! I noticed from stomp sections that the following FX were missing at this point;
Vintage Chorus, Hyper Chorus, Air Chorus, Micro Pitch, Vibrato & Rotary Speaker.
Nice to see something finally happening with this missing feature of the Almighty, cheers!!
Thanks I'm looking into that.
Added some Amp and Cab parameters and TAP button:)

Is there any way to get the feedback from the kemper so the knobs change?
I think there is some request status stuff in the midi documentation of the kemper, but I have NO idea how that stuff works

This is the main problem - KPA has some "MIDI debug mode" but it is unstable - KPA can hang out when sending all component parameter changes.
You can check this in Debug Menu enabling the Ext. Midi. to 1.
After few rig changes the KPA is freeze:(
There is a second option to ask KPA for parameter value - and this will be next step in editor evolution.
There is one problem - you can ask KPA of the parameters on some time but it will never reflect your changes in the KPA in real time (without some time Lag).
Or you can "download your current RIG and settings by push button in the editor - and then edit the rig in the editor.
What do you preffer?
And maybe there should be another Feature Request that ext midi function should work without a freeze to allow syncing with the editors and make this option publicly available in normal system menu
Or maybe will be or it is implementes MID out message that alert you about change in the KPA properties?
Then you can "ask" KPA about changes.
Hmmm... You use a lot of words I don't quite understand, I fear
I would personally be most interested in tweaking on the computer, I think, since that's what the panel is for. So maybe the panel could receive the parameters every time the rig is changed? Or maybe just a button on the panel requesting all the parameters?
Wow Mac integration already! Amazing!
In regards to a MIDI device, my Focusrite 18i8 has MIDI IN/OUT. Can I use that to connect?

If it working on your Mac why not? You can use any MIDI interface:D

Not bad english - bad Michael! (bad at understanding the technical stuff, that is)
I have done that, and opened the program. What do I need to do to get them to communicate? My Interface is telling me MIDI is on.

MIDI in the menu bar -> set input device & output device & controller to your specific interface
Ahhh yes. Thanks.
This is really cool...
A little late to the party, but I really like what I'm seeing.
@DamianGreta - Great thinking and a marvelous contribution. Bravo!
Great idea having such a piece of software. Nice controls, very clear interface!
Just one question: What advantages will this project have versus this one?

That one's developer, as it seems, has stopped developing it.

1. Its open source - so anyone can add new features or edit for custom purpose
2. Read poin 1.
3. I'm working to sync the app in the other direction - to get current KPA state
4. Everglades app is no longer updated.
Happy Easter!
