Hi!
I just bought one of these neutrik cat5 feedthrough-adapters, with the great(?) intention not to wear the network-port on my kemper rack out....I thought it would also be nice to be able to use cables with ethercon at both ends.
Anyway....None of the short patch cables i've tried so far has worked...I've tried really short ones (0,5m) shielded, unshielded. None of them works, even when using the included Kemper-cable on the other side.
The remote fails after the power test....when connecting.
Do i really lose that much power feeding through this feedthrough adapter or have i used too poor quality cables? Is 0,5m really too long to add to the original cable?
In that case, what should i buy!
