as far as I know it ain't possible except for the assigning of a special CC which cuts the delay spillover. the CC mapping allows you to on/off the delay fx with or without the spillover. but having it during the program change I doubt it. but as always, there is certainly someone more expert than I am to confirm/corect my contribution
