Rig Manager not showing rigs on Kemper??

Rig Manager doesn't seem to be displaying the profiles that are on my Kemper.

The "My Profiler" file is empty.

Any ideas how to solve this or what it could be?

Is the username in RM and on the profiler the same?

Thanks for your reply. I think you're right.

When entering rig manager a message came up saying the two user names didn't match and asked if I'd like them changed to both the same. Since that point no profiles show.

How do I make sure both names are the same?

On the KPA press the system button, scroll through the pages (don't know which page it is) and make sure that your name is the same as for RM.

This! I have had the same problem after a reset of the kpa. After a reset you have to put in your name. If its differnt to your former used name, rig manager is a little angry

If you press the button for both the same in RM it works. Maybe you have to close and start RM again after saving ( im not sure). but it works after this procedure.

Thanks for your helps guys.

On start up today it all worked fine again.

It must have synced after shut down.

I'm sure I've asked this before and can't remember how to do it. I want to create more files in Rig Manager to store bass profiles etc?

Found how to add a new folder.

Right click on local library on the left side of the screen. For anyone wanting to know
