Something similar to the AxeFx's Formant filter. The AxeFx's version is very useable, between using the OOH, AAH, EE etc settings, using an expression pedal to control the sweep makes it the best substitute to the real thing.

Reference Manual:
"Wah Vowel
A vowel filter that simulates a talkbox effect. The vowels are extended to a broader range
compared to existing vowel filters, as it includes some European vowels as well. The range is: U O
 A Ä E I IÜ Ü Ö OE O U - Choose the desired range using the “Manual” and “Range” parameters."
Here are a couple of sound clips - one is pedal controlled, the other is touch sensitive. Both Rigs are available on the Rig Exchange.

Very cool! Sorry my Kemper is en route, glad to hear it's already in there!
Thanks! Those two Rigs are not in the KPA when it comes from the factory. They are downloadable from the Kemper Rig Exchange, or in the Rig Manager software. Or, you can create your own version using the Wah Vowel effect in the KPA.
