Best output setting for guitar speaker cab

    Sorry - newbie question. Just unboxed - and did read both manuals.


    But unclear re: Best output setting for guitar speaker cab


    Using my H&K 122 speaker cab with KPA Powerhead coming out of KP "Speaker output".


    At gig will use XLR's out to PA, but for home use, now only want to hear thru cab. I set cab sim off.


    Went to "Output Sources" Which is best in this setting: eg Git + Processing, Git Studio, Stack, Mod Mono,etc

    If I read it correctly then you have cab off so use monitor out and link the volume so you can control the volume to the speaker with the KPA knob. I'm using something similar with the stealth power amp from the monitor feed with cab off into a 212 EVH cab and my main out XLR to PA (FRFR) powered speakers. You don't have to turn the cab off on the front panel (it sounds different to me doing this) just check the cab off to monitor feed in the output screens.
