Morph and Volume

    Question for the Kemper guys really but as I use a volume pedal on the remote for my solo's could I also set the pedal to expression as well in the system menu to control morphing. This was I get a smooth volume boost and a morph to the solo setting with one pedal?

    You can set up to control the volume with morphing in the Rig you need the volume pedal for, then set up your other morphs in a separate Rig. Once an expression pedal has been set as a morph pedal, it can't be set as a standard volume/wah/pitch pedal (though you can probably set up all these effects as morphs!).

    Did think that but I find that the straight volume control works differently to just a change in rig volume as it's not a db value, which itself is non-linear.


    Not unachievable obviously but will just take a few gigs to iron out the volume shifts.
