Help needed!
I recently tried to plug my pedalboard in the fx loop of the kemper. I chose the stereo signal return (return + alternative input) to use my h9 and blue sky as a stereo pedal. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out why there is no sound at all.
Actually I hear noise when I press the compressor or an OD in my pedalboard, furthermore I hear the typical plug noise when I plug the cable in and out. So the return of the kemper obviously does work.
I used to Stereo Loop in the X Slot. If I turn down the Mix-Knob I hear the guitar sounding, but of course only the direct signal. So the cables work as well.Is my kemper unit broken somehow? Any suggestions I haven't tried yet? Maybe there's a global setting I missed?
Thanks so much, folks!

How is the loop level set?
-
The loop level is set to 0dB, the mix is 100%.

Ok, just to exclude a malfunction of the profiler's loop:
How does it sound if you put a TS cable between send and return? -
If I do so it's dead, at least if I turn the "mix" up to 100%. I begin to think the send is broken. The return seems to react on the things I press on the pedalboard, and the tuner located at the first position on the board actually doesn't get any signal in!

Do you have the AUX in level turned to zero? I think it's in the system settings.

Silly question. Do you have Direct Output set to Stack and Direct Volume ok?
