How to stop legacy delay auto panning from left to right in stereo field

I am running Profiler Operating System 4.0.6 Release Build 12421 and it doesn't seem to matter which delay type I select and which parameters I change in the legacy stereo delay. The delays auto pan from left to right in the stereo field.

Is there anyway to stop the auto panning?

set both delays to the same delay time.

And switch off any modulation.

There will be a Pan-Parameter for each Delay when the new Delays (FW5??) come... so you can use two different delay-times in Mono.
Actually there are Time, Volume and Pan Parameters for 4 Delays in the new Midi-Documentation... so looks like you can have 4 Delays then?
