How do you preview rigs? I can't play local or rig exchange?

I download the latest firmware on the Kemper and Rig Manager. I thought by double clicking a rig in my local or rig exchange I could play it? I see the rigs not can play them?

Connect your KPA to your computer - I can see "My Profiler" is not appearing in RM.

It is connected. Also every time I connect it loads My Profiler which I don't want it to do since I have my Local rigs.

Hi @keano12 in attached screenshot I can't see "My Profiler" folder, so it seems like Rig Manager is not connected to your Kemper.
Check your cables, maybe the one you use is broken - that was the case for me back in the days.

"My Profiler" is the folder showing contents (profiles) on your Kemper and you want to see that folder.
Even when you see "My Profiler" double clicking no rigs in RIg Manager does nothing?

I'l try a different USB slot. I also get this error everytime its attached. It gets stuck there. I turn it off hold in the Rig button and it takes maybe an hour for the Rigs to show on the computer

It's not an error. It's a message that the profiles are being synced between Kemper and Rig Manager.
One this process is done, you should be able to preview the profiles from Rig Manager.

I changed the USB port and I can now hear profiles (hear Rigs). Problem I have now is the Rig Manager is syncing my Rigs to computer is there a way to stop that?

Yup I can now hear the profiles but can't see them on the KPR because it is doing this and stuck on the 23 out of 512. I'll create a new thread for tht since a different problem.

Seems that you have a corrupted rig.

Turn off the KPA, start again and hold the RIG Button (next SYS-Button).

I actually deleted all my rigs and am only using the Rig Manager. Faster and easier and avoids that problems. I did what you said but still ran into the issue.
