i'm not entirely certain if I get you right. in any case, Rig Manager always syncs the content of Profiler, not the other way around. in any case, please contact support by email
Every time I turn on RM it loads Local into the Profiler automatically. Can this auto magic loading be stopped?
Look at G String. Normally it's not possible. There is no auto-load.
I cleared 3 monthes ago my machine, for a better and faster start routine. Now there are round about 500 rigs less. And it stays this way.
I think you're wrong, or you didn't delete your rigs. 
Thanks guys for the replies. I emptied Local, then added just one rig to local to test - and yes it is not auto-loading. I don't know what what was going on yesterday. Maybe I didn't delete the rigs correctly?
I did read about 5 pages of forum and googled before posting, so I tried before asking. I do appreciate your time. 
It is easier to delete in Rig-Manager. There you can see better what's going on right now an what you do.

all good, no problem maybe you have an issue with the USB connection. If you attempt to delete Rig in Profiler using Rig Manager and this fails, Rig Manager will start syncing the rigs which which failed to delete once you start the application again.
