Macs have right click (unless you're running a very old OS).
You can set it up in the latest OSes like so: system preferences -> mouse -> point and click -> secondary click
(translating from Danish here, so maybe not 100% accurate terminology).
This works for "magic mice" and "mighty mice", which seem to only have one button, but actually registers which side you click in.
OTHERWISE, try holding the ctrl key down on the keyboard and then click.
So simple. I'm used to windows. Bought a Mac a while ago for my studio. Thank man.
You're welcome Yeah, there are a couple of things that need to be set up, but from there it's mostly smooth sailing
I have to use a PC mouse with my 'old' powerbook when I to this, but the right click does work.

just hold CTRL when you click, you don't need a special mouse for that.
LOL! I usually only have one hand free... the other one is holding my guitar. I guess I could set it down...

whatever suits you best, i just wanted to point out there is an option for people who don't have a right mouse button. like Hook1969, the original poster.
