Re-amping with Symphony MKII and Pro Tools 12 using SPDIF

Hello!

I have read the manual and searched the internet but I'm still having a problem with re-amping. I have a direct guitar track in Pro Tools and I have set the SPDIF inputs and outputs on the Kemper according to the manual but when I arm the track that is fed back to the Kemper, I can see the input and output LED's lighting up showing signal coming in and going out but I can't hear the profiled guitar sound, only the direct guitar.

Is anyone out there using a set up similar to mine that can shed some light on what I'm missing?
