I'm not sure if im able to get my kemper into Logic with using a focusrite solo. i can plug the solo into my computer's usb and use tones i have downloaded in logic, but id love to get the kemper on the computer. dont know much about this stuff!

Don't understand exactly what is your question.
If you are asking whether it is possible to record your Kemper out into Logic via Focusrite Scarlett Solo (is that what you meant with Focusrite Solo?) - the answer is yes it is possible. Just hook your Kemper out into the Focusrite's input.
If you are asking whether it is possible to use Kemper as a plug-in in Logic (which your words "use tones i have downloaded in logic" and "get the Kemper on the computer" might suggest) - the answer is no it is not possible.
