Hi all,
I have a big problem!
In some rigs when i change the pickups and select the bridge ones ( Gibson Les Paul 2016 HP) , the IMPUT Kemper led, lost brightness and the sound gets very low without any power...
Changing the noise gate help to reduce the effect, but still rare
Any idea?
Thank you
Low input signal when changing to bridge pickups

Is your bridge pup too low? It should be around 4/64 at the treble and 6/64 at rhe 6th string or a bit less.

I dont know, these are my pickups

Like the above suggests, measure the distance from the face of each pickup to the strings. The bridge pickup is typically as close, or closer to the strings than he neck pickup.

It seems the bridge pick up is much more closer to the strings

To measure the height you must press the string down at one of the last two frets and then measure the distance between the pup and the string. The bridge pickup can be a bit closer to the string because the string vibrates less when it gets close to the bridge. But when you press the string you`ll see the pickups in your guitar may have a similar distance. Judging by the photo, the bridge pickup actually doesn't seem too low, so the setup may not be the problem.

CJGOMEZ thank you for your help, if the setup is not the problem ( the guitar is new, and i only used it 3 days) , do you have any idea of what could be the problem?
Thank you -
Perhaps there's a wiring problem. Gibsons come with a circuit board now and it seems strange that the wiring should be wrong. A bit of difference in levels is ok but you say it is very obvious. Perhaps some phase issues. It lacks bottom end perhaps? Have it checked up.

In the picture your neck pickup looks higher than I'd normally go, but hard to tell from here, but it's definitely not the amp.
Unless your guitar is pretty expensive I wouldn't assume that anyone has done any fine-tuning of the pickup heights, so have a look at the following and tweak away.

Im going to visit a tech, hope we find the problem.
Thank you for your help -

Its good to know that the problem is in the guitar and not the amp.
Thank you Finally -
Measure the pickups ' height first. 4/64 at rhe 1st string and 6/64 at the 6th with the strings pressed down at the last fret. If they are too high you get volume and highs but you choke the mic in the pickup. Some say the magnet attracts the string and kills the vibration of the string. If it is ok, no setup problem.

Sounds like a wiring problem to me. Maybe the bridge pickup is wired as a single coil. Do you have push/pull pots?

yes, it seems the problem. Today in the exact moment when appeared the problem y just started to push pull the pot , and the second or third time began to normal sound.
Its a wiring problem without doubt -
Open it up and check for loose wires.
