Main outs ?

    If my FRFR has XLR and 1/4 inch inputs should i still just use the monitor out on the Kemper? So far I just tried an XLR from the Main out of Kemper into the Cab.


    If I used the 1/4 input from the main out section could i still use the XLR outs to go to FOH?

    Yes in your situation, it should work.
    The signal you send to the FRFR as well as the FOH should both included the cab in Kemper and no need to disable it as the case would be when you would need to use a real world guitar cabinet. In that case you would have to use separate outputs. Monitor out (with cab disabled) to power amp to guitar cabinet.,
