So, what's the trick to get TAP tempo working with MIDI CC#30 message? I have selected and activated Tap Delay and sending CC#30 with value 0 (pressing pedal in tempo), but tempo doesn't change. I tried with value 127 too but no luck.

I don't think so. You could try to send values for the delay (keep trails) CC from 0 to 127 - but I think I tried that and it didn't work.
