Tweaking a reference amp with a recorded DI signal while connected to the Kemper?

Is there a way to route a recorded DI signal (recorded from the Kemper’s DI out) from my DAW to the reference amp, while using the default connections for amp profiling? For the record I am using analog connections, not the SPDIF.

I am able to create profiles, as well as reamp the recorded DI signal using Kemper profiles, no problem. My question stems from the fact that I would prefer to tweak the reference amp while being fed the DI track, as opposed to playing an instrument “live”. To date I have found no way to do this, short of using an external reamp box and re-patching.
