Unable to pan after recording with Kemper.

Having a major issue recording with the kemper. I run straight from kemper monitor output into my interface. It records in mono and records fine but i can then not pan the recordings left or right. I know this sounds like a DAW issue but I’m well versed in Logic Pro X and removing the kemper from the chain and running straight into my interface DI works perfectly. I am so confused. When i try to pan on logic the sound does move around slightly like something is happening but certainly not panning.

Just to clarify. If i remove kemper from my sognal chain i can record and pan perfectly just like i always have. Hense why i am confident it is an issue with the kemper.

Can you pan the already recorded Kemper track in Logic when the Kemper is removed from the signal chain?

Please describe your setup in more detail. I cannot imagine how the PROFILER should have any influence how your DAW pans a recorded track.

Are you using the PROFILER to monitor the recorded signal?

My wild guess is that there's a routing issue. Does your interface have a software mixer, like Apollo Console? Make sure on playback that nothing is coming IN to the mixer...that way you can narrow it down to what's coming OUT of Logic.

Hey guys. It was a logic issue after all so i appologies for waisting your time. I still don’t really know what went on, i beleiev a glitch on logics part but after fiddling for an hour i managed to sort it out.
