Strange Kemper Noise / Feedback

    I am getting a strange feedback kind of noise whenever I hit an open G chord (afterwards)

    Happens with any profile with a bit of gain. Does not happen when playing other chords.

    I am attaching a file where you can hear the noise/feedback after the G chord and you will notice that it is not there when playing an E chord afterwards.

    Playing directly into my Apogee Interface. Kemper Output Level is -12Db Using a Telecaster.


    Increasing the Noise Gate on the Kemper does not change anything. No clipping on the sound card either. I can't figure out how to get rid of this noise. Any ideas? Audio attached

    To me it sSounds like the G-String is creating a small noise. Try to mute the strings between saddle and tuners and try again. That's a common problem which created products like this:

    Some guys just use a bit of foam for this and put it under the strings so that those can not swing between saddle and tuners.
