Profile a Kemper

    Just wondering if anyone ever tried to profile a Kemper with the help of another Kemper?


    Let's say I found my perfect Kemper rig, but want to profile it in combination with an external effect that I love and want to leave at home when playing live...


    Should I then leave the CAB off? Since I'd be profiling from FRFR?

    If you don't need or want the Cab component, then disable it and make a Direct Profile.


    As for the FX you want to add, just make sure they're not time-based ones (chorus, phaser, flanger, delay, 'verb) and you'll be good-to-go. Profiling won't work on them, but you could use EQ, compression, limiting and extra drive / overdrive if you like.
