[Sort of Solved] Just received my Kemper Stage--particle stuck beneath screen.

I just received my very first Kemper, the Stage, a few days ago. I'm already finding some great sounds.

Unfortunately, one bummer is that my unit arrived with some kind of particle stuck beneath the bottom right corner of the screen cover (see attached photos). Is there any way for me to remove it that doesn't involve sending the unit back? It isn't the end of the world if I have to live with it, but it is kind of annoying--especially in a brand new unit.

The screen cover also wiggles back and forth a bit, but I've seen other posts that suggest that this is normal.

Any help is appreciated!

Just updating this to say that I contacted Kemper support and they sent me a label to send my Stage back for a new one.

Unfortunately, the new one--which I received yesterday--has a footswitch that doesn't work at all. So, I received a unit with an even more serious defect than the one I sent in...Yay.

I opened another ticket with support but haven't gotten a response yet.
