Have any of you tried a Bluetooth transmitter, or do they have too much latency and frequency loss. ?

Hi, old crow.
Bluetooth has too much latency (best case ~ 40 milliseconds for with aptX low-latency Bluetooth), for most live music applications.
If you use Bluetooth between something you do (play a note), and when you hear it you'll probably find the latency intolerable.

I am using the Line 6 Relay G10 and never noticed an latency, not at home, not on a live stage.

Hi, CarloLf,
The Line 6 Relay G10 uses Line 6 Digital Wireless technology. It does not use Bluetooth. I have two of them and they work fine (latency is 2.9 ms in RF2 mode).

If on the other hand you always find yourself in front of the beat, Bluetooth could very well be your solution.
