Kemper USB Audio quality versus SPDIF

I used to record the Kemper digitally. I get the impression that the sound quality via USB Audio is not as good. Should the sound quality be the the same using usb audio?

Same quality as in if you set sample rate to 44.1khz across all three cables; USB, Analog( TS), SPDIF. But USB is limited to 44.1khz. The difference is unnoticeable to the listener anyway.
