RM dosen't show Updated Manual and Addendum (10.1)

    I was looking for them to quickly see a couple of things and I've just Noticed that They are Not available via RM

    (I have downloaded them both in another folder on PC so Ok, No preblem Here)

    But this is what I see RM 3.4.45
