Updating Rig Manager and Profiler

    I hope someone can clear up my confusion.

    Frankly, I'm frustrated with the lack of clarity from Kemper on their website.

    and I'm surprised that they haven't yet offered a single update package that addresses

    ever earlier system. Be that as it may, I gather that if my profiler is

    currently running OS 8.7.17, I need to first update to a version of OS9. People seem to be having

    issues with doing that with some versions of OS9 but I haven't seen Kemper make any definitive

    statement about that. Anyway, if you've been through this maze and know all the turns, please let me know.

    I don't understand the "maze" you are talking about. Whenever a new release comes out, I update right away. I've had Zero problems since OS 7.xx. I am now on the latest OS 10 Liquid.

    Look at the most current information on the Downloads page on Kemper-amps.com. If you have OS 8.7.17 in your profiler, you can directly update to 10.1.2 using a USB drive.


    If you have at least Windows 10 (v1703) or macOS 10.14, you can install Rig Manager 3.4.45 on your computer.
