Issue with OS Ventura 13.3 and Download RigManager

    Dear kemper Support,

    dear friends and users,


    i have now a brand new mac mini M2 with OS Ventura 13.3


    I downloaded the latest Rig Manager data. Proceeding with installation, Installation not successful, it appears the message "please contact the software provider".


    Is that any issue known with the very latest MacOS or what is the issue with the installation?

    I have the older rig manager still active on the old Imac ( with OS 10.13......quite ancient system :) but not up-to-date for the latest RigManager and Kemper OS Versions.....

    open the terminal and type in:

    softwareupdate --install-rosetta

    Update for the issue: MacOS has put me now on Sonoma 14.2 and it worked fine.

    Let s see what happens now with rig manager backup....
