Importing Rig from Kemper Stage to Player

    Coming back after a bit of a break, feel like I'm missing something.

    I have an amp/cab rig in my local library previously used on my Stage I want to import into the Player.

    I simply drag drop from local library into a Player bank slot thinking that will bring everything.

    It gets there but the amp and cab list of the player don't reflect the models in the imported rig, doesn't sound at all right, and I have Kemper generic for amp.


    What am I missing?

    Dragging a rig from the local library to one of the 50 memory locations in the Player is the correct way to import a rig into the Player.

    Kemper Generic is the default tone stack for any non-liquid profiling rig. It does not reflect the actual amp profile.

    If you encounter a difference in sound it is probably caused by the fact that the Player is only offering 4 instead of 8 effects and that the list of available effect types is smaller on the Player.
