can't upload profiles to Kemper Profiler

I'm trying to upload profiles to my Kemper Profiler for the first time, and I'm getting this error message: https://i.imgur.com/mGDVRTn.png

I bought a pack of profiles from the website perfectmixprofiles dot com, and I get that error message for all of the files in the zip archive, it's like hundreds.

This is my first time doing this, any advice?

I did extract the files from the archive first, and both the Profiler and Rig Manager asked me to update them and I did. Profiler is version 10.2.2.49572 and Rig Manager is 3.5.20, as shown in the screenshot.

Just wanted to update this thread in case anyone else has the same problem.

The fix was to plug a USB flash drive into the Profiler, format it, then transfer the profiles from my laptop to the "Shared" folder of the USB drive. From there I was able to transfer the files from the USB flash plugged into the Profiler. Once complete, I was able to copy them from the Profiler into Rig Manager without any errors.
