Printing A Midi Expression Pedal

I don't have one but I don't feel like buying one so I've printed out this lovely pedal (not my design but freely available) and I'm going to pay the $8 or so it costs to buy a micro board that can easily handle Midi. It's quite light but the structure of the plastic is much more rugged than I even need for home play. Oh, I had way too much leftover glow-in-the-dark grip tape from back when I customized my Dimebag Wah, so on I slapped some. I think it is turning out really nice! Printing is so fun...

What are your thoughts? Has anyone else here printed or built one? I'd enjoy hearing about the experiences and maybe seeing the results.
