Received my power head 600w from Sweetwater music today; DOA. Would not boot up. Screen displays "nanoboot: burn FromUSB() ERROR: no USB drive inserted failed to update firmware." Downloaded rig manager on my MAC ios and it displayed " no profiler located". Tried multiple USB cables; no luck. Tried rig manager on my iphone; no profiler located. I even downloaded rig manager to a thumb drrive and inserted into USB slot; no change. Any thoughts?

Sorry for the hassle. As it turns out, DOAs need to go back. It's entirely undetermined why this unit is not working. Can you please contact Sweetwater? They'll take care of it.
