Profiling issue: distorted tone while refining

Good morning, I need your help!

I’m having an issue with my Kemper stage during the profiling session.

During the profiling session, the reference A (amp) and B (Kemper) turns out to be perfect; the two sounds are almost identical.

Once the profile is finished the result of Kemper result very distorted and full of artifacts.

During these months I had already profiled several times with the same signal chain without experiencing any kind of problem.

I have made different test with the outboard gear using 2 microphones etc and without but the result is the same.

My Kemper stage and its rig manager are updated to the LATEST version.

I hope someone can help me to resolve the problem,

There’s nothing locked in my profiler!

I have already tried by increasing and decreasing to the minimum but nothing..

I have also sent a ticket yesterday waiting for a reply
