transpose on clean sound glitching

Hi everyone! I need to downtune guitar on 1 step and play clean sounds. I did a transpose on the rig and the sound was glitching, like i have phaser on or something. i recorded my parts and this effect stay the same on a record. Does someone have the same problems? Distorted sound works well
