I'm hearing a lot of great things about the Bogner pedals. I'm wonder how the Red pedal would sound in front of the Kemper loaded with a thick clean profile?
Bogner Red Pedal into Kemper?

It can't sound better than a Profile of a real Bogner XTC Red Channel...because a Bogner pedal can never sound better than a Bogner amp.

well, actually you wouldn't need to run it into a clean profile but you could also bypass the 'amplifier' and 'eq' under stack. should be like running into the amp's poweramp in theory

I bet it would sound great, definitely a different sound than the real Bogner Red channel. Sure the XTC Red profile would be better IF you're trying to get that sound. But I don't think the goal is always to sound exactly like the real amp. Using the pedal with the right profile could yield some great tones that are useful and distinct.

Well, here's the thing, the pedal offers you a lot of additional options after you've tweaked a profile. Take a look at the pedal. It offers additional gain options, voicings, EQs and even a variac...etc. I've asked the wife for one for Christmas!

the KPA takes pedals very well, so the Bogner pedal should sound fine.
For reamping purposes the KPA combined with my pedal collection is simply stunning!
