Extended Midi Controller format (NRPN)

Hi all!
I just got back with my second KPA!
I'm trying to automating it using the NRPN implementation with Logic pro.
I followed the instructions below but does not work. Any ideas?

KPA Manual reference page 67:

$ B0, $ 62 = # 98, Page Address
$ B0, $ 63 = # 99, Address Number
$ B0, $ 06 = # 6 Parameter Value

I found something ...
in Logic Pro, the parameters are:
#98 = LBS
#99 = MBS
(this way something, but not everything, works)

in the manual, the two parameters are inverted:
#98 = MBS
#99 = LBS
(this way does not work)

So guys, no ideas at all?

Ok solve something else. (in Logic Pro)

Profiler Midi Parameter Documentation page 1, example:

To send a 14 bit high resolution value to 8192:
$B0 $62 $4A
$B0 $63 $03
$B0 $06 $40
$B0 $38 $00

this scheme work if invert $62 with $63

To send a 7 bit low resolution value (64), so parameter is actually at 8192.*:
$B0,$62,$4A
$B0,$63,$03
$B0,$77,$40

this one still not work for me
