Has anyone been using a VG88 as a foot controller?

I have a VG88 that is gathering dust.I was wondering if anyone has tried using it as a foot controller for the KPA?

As long as it can generate MIDI program changes and CCs when you change programs internally - you should be able to. My Boss GT-8 does - not sure if older gear does.

A quick trip through the manual should clarify this.

Hey Mic,
the wiKPA has got a chapter related to using the Roland family along with the KPA in several ways... you might see whether you find something useful in there.
