I have never seen a balanced spdif cable.
If they say it's an spdif cable, you can use it.
If you want a higher quality use thicker cable with neutrik chinch.

Do not bother spending much on such a short run. Any short rca cable would likely work fine, but you can get a video rca cable, which is exactly what you need (75 Ohm).

The only difference between the 2 you posted is cable length. The difference between those and the previous post is you're getting a higher quality cable and more robust connectors with the Canare stuff vs. Hosa. However, I think you would be fine with either.

use a decent coaxial cable (75 Ohms, RCA connectors) with a maximum length of 10 meters and you will be good. S/PDIF is not very demanding. if the cable is really thin, it probably shouldn't be to long.
