I have all my favorites saved and want to save them to a seperate file on my computer so I can rename and organize them all then import back to the kpa. Would someone please walk me through what I need to do?

Be sure the Kemper is set to browse Favourites only. Chose import/export for the usb stick, and select "current view" for export. That should export just Favourites to the usb stick. You should probably remove old rig files from the stick in order to not mix them.
For renaming I believe you need to upload the rigs to Rig Exchange. Or use the little renamer program that someone on this forum wrote to rename before export.

and do not try to rename rigs just by renaming the files on your computer!
