I've read about the early ones being recalled for a physical rattle- that appears to be fixed. Anyone tried them in a shoot out? We recently did a gig with ELX112p monitors, and they sounded great with vocals and instruments in them, so I'm guessing the similar components in the ZLX sound pretty good, too.
I want something smaller than the Bose for some gigs. And, I want it to be no more expensive than a DXR10 (it seems to be a long term favorite for a lot of people, otherwise I would prefer to pay a little less for something that may only be use occasionally)
If something else sounds admirably close, for less money, tell me about it
