    I have the remote ordered on 01.13.2015, paid for and receive an email that was set in the status processing. My questions by mail to Kemper sales regarding delivery date remained completely unanswered. Even with a current telephone call with the sales Kemper any further information about my order was not even discussed it more completely rejected. I have the nice woman very well understood, as I also am from Germany, so it was no trouble understanding.
    Well, I hope and pray to you, you me maybe you can get additional information on my order and give surrender schedule. My order number is 246739 from 13-01-2015, Artikelnummer: 20000010 (Ticket # KD00089856).
    It surprised me very much, the other orders after 13:01. have already been delivered. The confusion with the "Early Bird's" orders is not a great situation for all concerned. So I hope that you can beantworsten my questions. Thank you for your effort. Greetings from Bochum


    the kemper online shop quoted a delivery time of 8 weeks at the time of your order. as far as i can see, you didn't apply for "early bird" - that's why your order is not on the priority list.

    we've contacted you on 14.Jan and offered you to switch your order from PayPal to invoice, for your convenience. in this email we state a delivery time of 8 weeks. since you replied declining the offer, i would assume that you know when we will ship. 13. Jan + 8 weeks => roughly 10th or March ...

    I haven't been able to pay neither with Paypal nor credit card. I followed the instructions you provided and I keep getting a message in German which says that the transaction could not bee completed and to contact support. My order number is 3446983 and my ticket numbers are #OI00092800 and #OI00092862. I haven't received any answer from the store support team. Thank you for your time an patience!!!


    It seems that both PayPal as well as your Credit Card issuer deny payment. There can be various reasons for that, the majority of those is beyond our control. We will send you a PayPal payment request by email, shortly before we ship.

    I chose pay later when I initially made my order but would like to pay with either Paypal or my credit card when I get invoice.
    Will this be possible? I changed my payment method to credit card in my profile but it doesn't ask me for my credit card numbers or anything.


    you need to change the payment method and re-order. paypal happens instantly, a credit card will be deducted shortly before shipping.

    john - looks all good. your account is marked as an early bird account. your order happened after we compiled the first list of shipping dates. as mentioned before, we will send out details on when those orders ship later. it will not be before calendar week 19 (which is the beginning of May i think).
    i understand that you're waiting for a reply for your four tickets. all of those are from yesterday - sometimes it takes more than a day, we are really busy right now. i'll close those tickets now.

    G String, Should I set the account up even though I already placed my order? Please let me know what I can do to correct this issue and be on the early bird status as there was no mention when placing the order on the kemper store site stating WE HAD TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT. I HAVE WROTE TO SUPPORT ON THREE OCCASIONS WITH NO REPLYS!

    Gs, I keep checking back after you asked for my info and after sending the emails all again per your instructions, but I don't see a comment or communication about my situation,,others have received a comment here from you though. Is there something wrong with my order or am I getting ignored? I really don't understand now.....????.

    i placed my order on Feb 19th and did not get any confirmation about a ship date. All I received was a sales order number. I did not sign up for a store account, I just purchased as guest with the email that I used for the early bird special.

    if you haven't signed up for a store account, you account cannot be marked as "early bird" because there is no account as such. admittedly, this is a loophole we need to deal with and create an account for you. could you please write into support, they'll deal with it.

    I prepared a Cat-5 cable with length of exactly 10meters with the Neutrik-plug and connected it to the Remote. All functions are there but the diode-lights are not as bright as with the original cable. It also seems that the not active diodes are also slightly glimming.


    cable qualities vary a lot and therefore more or less current arrives at Remote. here's a quote from the (reference) manual:


    Cabling
    The Profiler and Profiler Remote communicate with each other via an ethernet cable. The cable included in the Profiler Remote package with its Neutrik® etherCON® cable connector carrier has been carefully selected, and is perfectly suited for this purpose. If you decide to use any 3rd party cable, please make sure it meets our quality standards. Cables in excess of 10m (30ft) might require a Power over Internet Injector (PoE Injector). This way, distances of more than 100m (300ft) can be bridged.

    And for those who did everything as instructed the day we got the release email ......within hours. Who still have no confirmation of....frankly ...well...nothing......sorry to bind your time but seriously....what happened here??? Again looking as I write at a friends confo email who yes....ordered after I did and has a date with a remote. Trying to understand the rhyme or reason how this transpired and before ya'll start whippin my ass for askin...just walk in my shoes wondering how people got inline.....or worrying I got dropped in the craziness. thanks for taking the time to answer my Consumer concern.

    to those who's orders are not being processed yet: don't worry, if you haven't received a status update, it doesn't mean that there is a problem. it just means that we, internally, have not written an invoice for you yet. everybody who applied for "early bird" can easily verify their status as follows: log into your account and check, if there is a remark in similar to "You're participating with our early bird program and your Kemper Profiler Remote order will be shipped with priority." best, gs


    early birds who bought a Remote before Feb-20 have received an update by email stating in which week we will probably ship. if you don't have this email, check your spam filters etc. if you don't find something and your online store account indicates you as an early bird, get in touch by email: http://kemper-amps.com/contact


    early birds who will have bought a Remote in betwee Feb-21 and March-06 (when the offer ends) will receive an email with details on when we ship later on.
