how about getting the thread back on track? Anyone who's had a chance to play with these latest amps yet, lets hear some thoughts

well ive just popped for the tworocks and tonekings, cant try them out yet as decorating. that's what I love about TAF is these are the best and most expensive amps I could never wish to play through.
if all you want is a marshall/fender/vox its really been done a million times, including TAF. the packs are there in front of you, all you have do is scroll through the packs and listen. Really how hard is that and im not sure what else the provider is supposed to do? A tip I do is have a few windows up with different bundle number pages, you can hear the bundles literally side by side and compare. Some bundles I prefer over other others, not just due to the amps but I prefer the capture of them, buts that's down to sheer choice really. they don't all hit the mark but if I come across a 'golden' profile that hits the spot then i'm happy to play the percentages
how many times can you profile a marshall jcm800 and keep people excited about the next one? Maybe we've gotten to used to having a good thing, I know a big part of my enjoyment so far with the kemper has been many profiles from Andy

woah that sounds very good

I just wanted to say that the Marshall JTM1, Toneking Majesty, and Fargen RetroClassic profiles are "no tweak" stage ready when plugging in with my LP. The dynamics and resonance are a thing that one can feel, not just hear! Also, I like the move away from using eq stomps for volume boosts and tone shaping. Amazing job with these Andy!
I noticed listening to the clips, they are quieter than the other bundles, is this why? no eq boosts etc

Just a FYI: All samples now uploaded!
are they hiding?

hi Deadpan again........I tell you the truth: they sound virtually identical except for the fact that I found 2.3 to have more bass freqs than the 2.4.
it is incredible but I found the opposite of what you mentioned.
anyways, it is true that there this slightly difference among the two.
now.....you could be right to blame the compression. what file did you upload, an mp3 or a wave?
I hear the same, I preferred the 2nd clip

looks marvellous, so far ive been in love with the tonekings and tworocks. Amps I would never dream of buying, playing or sniffing

....wait till you try the new Bi-Onyx amp I have (and now own) the profiles for that are simply stunning.the cleans are like no other ive ever played! *coming soon*
eagerly awaiting...

Anyone cranking up the low end on these at all? They sound great with my les Paul obviously, but I'm really crankin up the lows with my telecaster to thickin things up, but I guess that is to be expected. Andy's profiles just have this huge low end on alot of his profiles, trying mimic that thickness... LJ 2 or 3 profile might be main go to lead tone for everything it flat out rules, dialing in all my sounds now on my FRFR system and I'm loving these.
would that just be a matter of the EQ Andy uses on his profiles?

your profile clips sound fantastic. there's not that many dumble esque profiles around, these are much welcome! good job!

What I've gathered reading the forum is that a looper for recording/play back phrases will be released.
I'm not sure what specific features the looper will have but I guess it's gonna be very good.really? was this actually hinted at or just forum speculation? I was always under the impression it would likely be in the FC. it would be amazing to have a basic looper in the toaster

the DI was put through an amp at his request afterwards. that clip ends before he says the producer wanted it direct, but DG didn't like it
-
This is my plan, hence why I extended it.. fingers crossed!
oosh, wasn't expecting that!
-
hmm really considering the fender pack
-
left inputs sound miles better, everyone knows that

I used this and it lasted around 6 months before falling apart unfortunately. its a nice fit and room for cables aswell -
could really go for a nice glass of wine right now
