there are graphic EQ pedals for guitar out there, that go as low as 31Hz and as high as 16kHz, so I'd say the range is fine.
Having 10kHz available can come in handy, it's a pretty standard freq. to have for guitar (especially acoustic) and bass.

the rigs from the RigExchange don't load when you double-click them?
-
lower the SPDIF volume until your interface gets a good level. (press and hold 'Master' - page 5/5)
mine is by -0.0dB by the way and everything is fine.
is your Master LED turning red?

Don I phoned my buddy. The secret of this profile is that the SM57 used to profile is a cheap chinese copy of a SM57 !!!! He told me they sound very different but this one was better to get a creamy sound !!!! Hahaha!! Amazing !
haha, thanks for the info.
-
we have been aware of this request from the beginning, no further need to bump the thread
-
If you think it is a good profile, you are free to add it to a future Kemper pack, as I think I am the only one here to have profiled a MarkIIC+
Cheers
Djemass
that's very nice of you!
we might just do that.I'll contact you before it happens.
thanks!

wow!
snappy! sounds great - thanks!
-
great profile - I like it even better dry
is that just one SM57 as tagged? amazing!
care to share your micing technique?
nevertheless, you're using a Pure Booster post-amp, is that for a switchable solo boost? otherwise you could just use the Rig Volume parameter, they do the exact same thing.
I had to disable the Booster and lower the Volume, since I was pushing the Output quite a bit. -
for me one of the best parts of the forum experience is the pseudo randomness of reading and posting in threads you didn't look for initially.
our forum is not just a store/retrieval system of information, it's main point is the user interactivity that could be considerably reduced by increasing the number of sub-forums.
I honestly see no need to change the current forum structure at this point.
But thanks for your input guys!
-
my bad.
I somehow thought you wanted to connect to the mic in of the Profiler and use that as an additional output.
you just have to lower the output of the xlr mains, until the FOH gets a good signal (in case he doesn't have a pad function on the channel)
-
the xlr cable on the mic is female and so is the input on the profiler, so this wouldn't work anyway.
just specify in your stage rider that you require 1 or 2 DI boxes. Supplying DIs is usually never a problem.

Sweet, yeah!
And they're from my country.
The company is called Aratechlabs.
"Ara" means "now" in Catalan.good to know.
but it makes this kinda funny

Hallo,
hi.
we make an conscious effort to avoid over-fragmentation of the forum.
-
besides getting tips on how to mic an amp in the first place, it might also help to re-create mic setups that worked in the past.
anyways - cool tech! it should emit ST tricorder sounds IMO.[Blocked Image: http://www.aratechlabs.com/wp-…rdioid-high-frequency.jpg]

hi.
press system, then 'Startup Dialog', follow the on-screen instructions.
the favourite/my rig status of rigs is tied to the name of the author/guy who set the fav,
so changing your name in this dialog will result in no favs and 'my' rigs, obviously - as it should. -
my experience as an ex-gigging musician in germany (gave that up years ago), any tour were you break even in the end must be considered a huge success.
the people that'll book you as an opener to bigger bands with a single in the charts cannot be contacted and asked, either they'll ask you or not. You might find slots in smaller festivals, but these never pay more than gas money.
Like Hannes said, there's little to no interest in bands unknown to the audience.
wow, that sure sounds depressing, but that's my experience (and we had a really good band, too)
YMMV, I hope, please prove me wrong!all the best!

Just tried it, gave me the same pop up warning. Weird.
thanks for posting.
we're investigating
