Bill, I was talking about implementing the function, not buying the pedal
Would be sweet!

The Electro-Harmonix Cathedral reverb does that.
There is an infinite switch that works in all its modes.
AND the EHX pedal is stereo in and out!
Hi!
Noticed that you have Vintage 30 with that Pyle 2 PDBT28 1 Heavy Duty 300 watt Titanium Super Tweeter.
Do you think Vintage 30 is OK?
BTW. Do the crossover capacitor allow over 2000 Hz to go in Celestion also?
The Vintage 30 sounds good to me, I just need more above 2000 Hz.
The 12 inch speaker still gets everything frequency wise its just the tweeter that gets the low end cut.
What is nice is you can disconnect the tweeter fast if want to use it stock.
I added a bullet tweeter to the Tech 21 pair I have.
Sounds good even with synths now.
Pictures are here about 5 posts down the page:

The sound you are after is called the velcro fuzz. Its bias is off and it produces a gated/ripping sound.
The Kemper can not profile that gate effect.
Thanks Matts!!
Its nothing more than pitch shifting with feedback.
The truth is non alkaline batteries do sound better is some germanium fuzz pedals (Fuzz Face ect).
The way the circuit is designed the battery it tied to the input.
Non alkaline or heavy duty batteries have a different capacitive and resistance value than the alkaline type.
That said there are only a few pedals where it makes a difference...
Last year I profiled the Roland VG-99 in the GR-300 mode.
I was able to get a bit of the GR-300 filter sound.
The profile is in download section.
You may have fun playing with it.
Here is the sound:
a7UOKLFdFL0
The Electric Mistress uses old analog bucket brigade chips.
Its very hard to duplicate that sound and the reason EHX still uses new old stock chips in their analog delays.
Its a sound...
You could profile a Roland Speaker Simulator setting call "flat".
Its flat with very smooth high end roll off.
Its in the VG-99.
Next time I am profiling that I will do one of the flat setting.
Not Practicing is the worst effect!
Your welcome guys!
I also included a profile of a Pearce G1 amp from the mid 1980,s I used in the studio a lot.
It was a great solid state combo used by Holdsworth and others.
Bill
My Holdsworthy rig is here and the video as well.
the rig pack also has a Pearce G-1 amp Allan used in the 1980,s

Mats knows tone!
I learned from Harvey Mandel here in Chicago...before EVH.
Chose Type Formant Shift in one of the Stomp slots.
Works like a Wah effect with Wah pedal.
Done.
Thats it!
Just select Wah as your expression pedal and you good to go.
Display MoreYes pitch shifter is doing the octave down as he was doing the White Stripes octave thing
RetiShaper will give you the upper octave like this;
(its also a killer sound and more upper octave can be tweak out)

Bill,
I suspect a pitch shifter in this sound, rather than a RectiShaper, right?
