3M duo.lock to a pedaltrain board for me works fine. Didn’t remove the feet. It’s been quite secure.

I just watched the video for the Fripp “Heroes” rig. Thomas tells everything about the sustainer pedal he’s using but its name. Anyone know what it is?

I use TJ profiles almost exclusively.

This is awesome.
I want a T-shirt.

you can do it via MIDI, but not with MIDI program changes, download the MIDI docs from the support page
-
I’ve been asking since the Kemper was first released. Still waiting.
-
I use an SY-200 in an effects loop and blend a pad with the guitar signal for swells. It works great.

had the same thing — canceled the automatic install on restarting & manually checked for updates, which worked

Another bug: can't select more than one performance from the MyProfiler page -
MIDI out support hasn’t moved forward in years, despite the “mother octopus” promises made long ago. I don’t know if Kemper will ever provide support for more message types or even a better UI for the current minimal support. Right now, if you have multiple devices to control or need something other than PC messages, you have to send PCs to a device that then does what you need.
More complete MIDI out support makes more sense with the Stage, but only a little more. With the Stage, it’s important to add support in RM so I don’t have to get on my hands & knees to edit performance slots. -
Loving the new version. It has gotten rid of the incessant beachballing on MacOS and is finally usable again.
I am not able to reorder slots in a performance and I also can not copy and paste performance slots.

I’m sure there are already requests for configuring the MIDI PCs to send for a performance slot in Rig Manager (I think I probably asked at least once). That would be nice, but what might be even better would be to be able to store them in effects loop presets. It would be cool to make presets on my external devices that correspond to presets for the effects loops I have them in.

I have the Sennheiser pedalboard unit mounted along with my Stage & a couple of effects. Works fine.
-
you can do it via NRPN message

+1, again
It's the only external effect I have on my board with my Stage

I went from toaster to rack to toaster to stage. Had reasons for each switch.
Stage is nice for quicker setup; would not recommend had the editor not come out so soon after. UI of Stage is significantly less intuitive than the Toaster, but I don't use it as much since the editor has been available (and bring my iPad to make quick changes away from home).

Hard to beat the little MOTU USB-C boxes for the money.

I have the RM open on my iPad during rehearsal, but the screen locks after a while. If I want to make an adjustment I have to go through reconnecting, etc. It would be better if the app would keep the display live. I have other apps that do this (for instance, the one I use for charts).

I’ve said so many times that they are leaving lots of money on the table by not selling branded merch. I’d buy a hat, a T-shirt, a hoodie & a tour jacket.
