I was so impressed with Andy and his work, that I bought his entire library of profiles BEFORE I even owned a Kemper. That way I knew the moment the KPA arrived I'd be in instant amp nirvana. I was. Instant access to hundreds of amps I previously could only dream of. I have a raging profile addiction now, including many of the others offering premium profiles, but there are definitely worse things to be addicted to. Up the KPA!

Anyone know of profiles that are available for a Gallien Krueger 250 ML? Premium or free, doesn't matter. Definitely willing to purchase. Been searching, but no luck. Want to do some "Somewhere In Time" era Maiden! Pretty sure that's what was used for that album, correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks in advance for any info!

Got my toaster running thru a set of Presonus Sceptre S8s which replaced my older Alesis M1Active MKIIs. I liked the MKIIs, but the Sceptres are on another level. Hope to get a pair of Atomic CLRs some day. As stated before by many, many times - the KPA is the most amazing piece of gear (I've ever owned). To finally get pro-sounding results, tracked direct, while having access to near any amp you could want. Incredible! You're gonna dig it in a massive way.

Hello,
I purchased your Marshall JVM 410h profiles earlier today, but have not yet received any download info. Thought I'd write to inquire. PayPal transaction ID 1K057608YX541162P.
Tried sending you a PM, but I don't think you've got them enabled. Couldn't find an e mail address on your site either. Maybe I'm just missing it.
Thanks in advance!

UPDATE 08/08/14:
Received the profiles, look forward to giving them a spin. Thanks!

Anyone know if this is possible to bypass the need for the KMI midi expander box in order to directly connect the SoftStep to the Kemper? Be nice for the recording setup if so.

bad-ass, pete!

Just got a Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 earlier this year. Dig it!

Yes! Exactly! Steve's the man, grease or no grease! The new Toto 35th Anniversary in Poland Bluray is awesome, by the way!
Looking forward to more of your great Kemper work, Mats!

Since you've done 80's clean (killer, by the way), how 'bout 80's grease? Lukather's in particular...remember that Star Licks vid he made? Dripping with it. Too cool.

Man, having to part with my Kemper would break my heart. I just donated 10 euro. If 150 or so others can do the same, djemass can keep his Kemper. Who is up to the challenge?

Lost our last cat this week Tuesday. "The Cat With No Name" - I'm sure he had one once in his previous life, but I never felt right re-naming him, as such. Finally had a bit of time to record a song for him. He showed up at our house about 13 years ago out of the blue, and I've been taking care of him ever since. Finally ran out of life...Lost three cats in two years to old age. When they get old, the sand sure runs out of the hourglass quickly. Just took this picture last weekend. He dug hanging out in the studio. Hence the title.

Pete's '74 Marshall profile, a Schecter Blackjack FRS, and a Line 6 acoustic. Nod to Mr. Schenker and Mr. Page.

Killer! Did you build that backing track from scratch?
-
Sold! Looking forward to checking 'em all out!

Does a person just need to add all of them to your cart to get the package discount? Didn't see a "package purchase" button or something of the sort, unless I'm missing it. Samples sound great!

Already received an e mail with the profiles. Delay due to family emergency, completely understandable. Hope all is well! Great profiles by the way, thanks!

Hello,
I purchased your VSPM Premium pack today thru PayPal (Invoice ID: 2573766500000142 / Transaction ID: 4MK59939GR947741D), but haven't received any download info yet. Could you check into it for me?
Thanks!

Forgot to mention the Boston tune's original profile was "ROCKMAN EDGE" by stephen, found on the exchange (great profile by the way)! The Rush tune's original profile was "Tweaker 88" from soundside.de - great profiles to be found there as well!
-
To be honest I didn't keep track of the specific profiles for each tune (yeah I know, not too bright). I did rename some of the profiles to indicate the song I was recording at the time, but I lost track of what the original profile was. I guess I was too excited by the results I was getting so easily! I tended to start with an original profile (either TAF or Pete's Profiles), tweak it a bit if needed, and then do some post-processing in the DAW. I do know that the VH tracks' profiles started with Pete's Profiles Brown Sound pack. (Thanks, Pete!) Anyway, if I recover more specific info, I will post it...

Thank you everyone! You're all very kind! Much appreciated!
These tracks were my first attempts with the Kemper, and proper DAW usage. Figured if I could get close to some of the tones of the greats, I would have a good starting-point resource of rig-age for my own tunes in the upcoming months.
Crazy what you can do with Kemper and a computer these days. I still remember the days of my Fostex X-15...
Gotta love technology and the KPA!

Thank you, Andy! Couldn't be done without Mr. Kemper's incredible device and your awesome profiles, without which I would never have had access to so many varied & amazing amplifiers and the ability to record them & achieve professional quality results so easily! After half a year I still find myself astounded by the quality every time I fire up the toaster!
