The edited performance remains in the edit buffer until you load a different one. Load a different performance and then reload the first one-the E will be gone.

OK-Thanks for the info. We will look into this. It would be helpful if you could open a ticket on the support page.
-
How did you experience the problem?
Was it with a rig that was already loaded into your Profiler before you updated to 2.3.3 or did you transfer the rig using the Rig Manager? -
you dont need a pedalboard to use the Beat scanner-a simple analog footswitch connected to the back of the Profiler will do.
-
if you change the rig volume (not the master volume) in a performance slot and store the performance before switching slots with a MIDI pedal they will be recalled in that saved state after you reload the performance.

Works OK here. Please open a support ticket and i will try to trouble shoot it with you!

Thanks!
I will ask Matt directly! -
Didn't know that-i was using our website to locate certified service centers and could not find one in canada but just the two in the US. Thank you for updating me on this subject! I will ask our webmaster to update the information on our site!

The poweramp in the Profiler does not support 4 ohm cabinets.

The two certified service centers for north america and canada are both located in the US.

sounds like you stumbled across the Parallel Path bug.
When the rig is loaded that gives you the problem click on the Rig button and check if the Parallel path option is activated on the last page.
Deactivate it and your sound should be normal again. This will be fixed in the next firmware version. -

You can link the monitor volume to the main out volume in the Master/Output menu.
-
-
Go to the Output Source page and set the SPDIF out to GIT/STACK. That will send the DI signal on one channel of the SPDIF output and the Stack signal to the other.
Make sure to use 44,1 khz Sampling rate and set your audio interface to Sync slave. -
It depends where you are located.
If you are in the US or Canada for example there are two dedicated certified service centers.
In europe the repairs are handled by the german service center.
You can find out if there is a certified service center in your country on our website when you go to the Buy page.In any case contact your dealer first. They are the ones that have the logistics to send the Profiler in for repair.
Normal repair times are 5 working days plus the days it takes to ship the unit to the service center and back to the dealer. -
Parallel path is activated by accident on some old rigs in the current firmware. As a workaround simply deactivate it manually or wait for the next firmware where the bug will be fixed.
