While checking Forum I found your request. Have you got the problem resolved yet? If so, any chance to help me since I am facing the same issue. I checked first with Kemper support, however all usual problem solving didn't work and my Profiler Stage seems to have lost its Firmware somewhere in space......
FYI:
I tried to export Rigs to a USB Stick due to limit of 1000 Rigs reached. Somehow system (or me) got confused and Profiler showed following error message:
"failed to update firmware"
nanoboot: burn From USB() fast-forwarding update same file) ERROR: error during reading boot file failed to boot firmware
In case you found solution, appreciate if you could may assist.
