Hi I think it's just the lights bleeding through that's all. Nothing to much to worry about
What's the problem?
I have the same effect - but didn't notice this until you posted a movie. It's almost invisible. I do not worry about this. Maybe some PCB tracks interferences.
If it s pcb tracks interférences, it could be wrong for the pcb (lifetime).
This kind of EMI does not affect the lifetime of the PCB or components. Yes I'm beginner on the forum and with my Kemper but I have some experience in electronics 
But I could be wrong .
My last amp had the same issue with the Channel led.... But after 18 years, not new (and now he is dead)
For a 2000$ stuff, i want something who work perfectly. If a new mesa dual recti make the same, you use the guaranty....

ok my rack doesnt do that. it is an old one though,really you need comparison with some new rack owners,but i would say that it definitely isnt supposed to do what yours is doing and i noticed you had another thread with led problems so i would contact support if you arent happy. i agree that it is an expensive purchase and you should be getting 100% functionality.
could be it is just a quirk of some new racks and not a problem but see what support can tell you,hope it gets sorted soon for you.

I have the same issue with my new Kemper - lights bleeding into the gain rotary LEDs - perhaps rather than raise lots of support queries Kemper could confirm if this is normal?
The other thing I noticed is that the little plastic light covers (small circular ones whish indicate if stomps or fx are active) are not perfectly finished - it may be me being picky but the plastic looks like it hasn't been cut perfectly. Pictures will explain this better. I will take some.

Well I have the LCD lines too and I was thinking this is normal. It's highly depends on the angle at you are watching the LCD.
But with the Contrast , Brightness and White Balance - you can set the LCD quite good. I think this is normal with LCD screens. I saw this on other LCD screens.
About the LED - this is no bleeding.
Please go to the system -> Brightness tab and set the Buttons to the minimum (0.5).
The brightness of the buttons is now too low to do such bleeding, but the Gain Leds still flashing. When you change Buttons parameter the buttons light intensity is growing and gain leds are flashing with the same intensity.
The problem regarding the bleeding is indeed software based and our engineers are working on a fix.
