I remember, that in a german video about the Kemper booth at NAMM 2016, Mr. Kemper stated, that this is just a "fun" side project.:
Generaly speaking when CK and his team begin to have fun with something it could become very big at some point...

Well fun is a great business...
This is just annoying - dangling a modular cab system designed for the KPA as fun? Not fun for me...me want....me NEED!!
I hope they do because I think the market is light on Cabs for all the digital tech ( Axe, helix as well as the KPA) so its a great idea.
The modular system - no idea why someone else hasn't done this and I have been trying to sort a modular 2 x12 set up for myself.... alas funds, patience and brain power ran out, so I kept the 4 x12 and got a bigger car...
So, +1000....
Modular cab systems are not that new. We did this: http://www.blueamps.de/ampscabs/spark-full-stack/ for example in 2014.
The Grateful Dead used modular speaker cabinets a long, long time ago. But, they were conventional single or multi driver non-powered cabinets.
